  • What is included with pool service?

    We come once a week and clean the pool. As needed we vacuum, net the surface, brush the walls, backwash the filter, check and adjust the chemistry, and check the equipment over. The basic chemicals are included. If pool repairs are needed, we will notify you.


  • Should I service my pool year-round?

    We recommend that you service your pool all year. Unbalanced water is not good for your surface or your equipment. Through year-round service, we will be able to complete any pool repairs as needed before they get worse.


  • How do I know if my pool has a leak?

    If your pool is losing close to 1/4” a day or more you should have it checked. Our pool leak detection service uses advanced equipment to locate and repair the leak.


  • What does a leak detection include?

    Our pool leak detection service includes pressure checking the plumbing and the pipes, from the equipment to the pool. We also check the penetrations through the shell, around the return eyeball trims, skimmers, light niches, and drains. We also check the equipment and backwash line. If you have a connected spa, it is also checked. Be advised that some water features need to be disassembled to check.


  • How much does it cost to repair a leak?

    Some leaks cost as little as $40 to repair. Some leaks are much more involved. An average repair is $2,000 to $3,000. Some cost even more than that. We need to determine where the leak is before we can price the repair. If you're in need of pool repairs, reach out today.


  • How often should I backwash or clean my filter?

    Your filter should be backwashed when the pressure increases 8-10 pounds above your normal clean pressure. The filters should be disassembled and cleaned one to two times per year, depending on the pool. Cartridge filters should be cleaned also when the PSI increases by ten. Sand filters should be backwashed when pressure increases by 8-10 pounds. Sand should be changed every 5-6 years. Reach out to our team today if you're in need of pool repairs or services.


  • How can I cool my pool?

  • Can I use an app to control my pool?
