I'm the owner / head service technician of Pool Tech. I have been in the pool business for 33 years. We acquired Pool Tech in 1992. We started with a hand full of weekly service customers during the day and working at Home Depot at night. We have now grown into a healthy customer base who we have managed for 30 years. I live in Forney, TX with my beautiful wife. We have been married for 27 years. We have two wonderful children. My daughter is a 3rd grade teacher and my son is in high school. We are active in our church (Joy Church). We would absolutely not be where we are without a relationship with Christ! We give Him the glory for everything we have.
Hi! My name is Debbie Mericle and you will certainly talk to me at some point when working with Pool Tech. I love my job, and I hope it shows when I’m speaking to you. Swimming pools are beautiful, fun and can add to some fantastic family time memories.
Speaking of family time, my husband and I enjoy spending time with our families, live country music, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors. I’ll swap fishing stories with you any day of the week!
I’ve worked for Pool Tech since 2013. I will help get you on the right schedule, as quickly as I can, with the honestly and integrity you deserve and can expect from Pool Tech. Let us help get you swimming!
I have been with Pool Tech for 11 years. I am one responsible for keeping your pool nice and clean. I am a proud father of two college graduates. I love LSU football and the New Orleans Saints. When I am not making your pool look good I enjoy going to Louisiana to visit. I also enjoy hanging and eating with my church friends.
My name is David Dudley. I am a Marine Corps veteran who has been in the swimming pool industry for over 20 years now. I am married with 2 kids who are both 19 years old and graduates of Frisco ISD.
My parents, Kathy and Sayres, moved here from Virginia and had me and my brother Jonathan. I am married to a beautiful woman named Tricia who is a fraud analyst. My 2 kids are Myles and Crystal. When they were younger they would assist me in the summer with my route. In the Marine Corps I was an 0341 infantry mortar man. The job was extremely grueling and prepared me well for the ability to work outside in the Texas heat later in life. The thing I enjoy the most about my career, is how close I become with many of my long term clients. Most become like family and tears have been shed saying goodbye to a few who have moved out of state. Sometimes you will catch me getting behind schedule simply because I got into a long deep conversation with a client and I lose track of time. Relationships are everything that matter in life. They really are the foundation to success and happiness.
My name is Michael Helm, and I have worked for Pool Tech for about 4 years. I live in Terrell with my wife, stepdaughter, our french bulldog, and my horse Diesel. My hobbies are horses, racing cars, and riding jet skiing. I love to work on pools and take an old system and make it new again.
